• Conditions

  The following services are included in the ALPIN CHALET daily price:
  • the applied VAT, which is 10 %
  • the local visitors tax
  • cold and warm water, heating and electricity, incl. sauna
  • the initial provision with bed linen on the made ready beds or, lodge
  sleeping bags for more than 18 persons
  • two large bath towels and one small towel per person and 10 dishtowels
  • the initial provision with toilet paper, cosmetic tissues and kitchen paper
  • the utilisation of the complete chalet including all domestic appliances,
  kitchen appliances and the sauna
  • free internet access and unlimited surf time with your own equipment,
  • wireless LAN in the whole chalet, a fixed connection in the loft
  • a parking deck is provided for 5 vehicles per ALPIN CHALET - further places
  for vehicles are in front of the chalets.
  You have to pay extra for:
  • a flat rate fee of Euro 320.- for the final cleaning, for excessive soiling and
  waste disposal, an additional charge will be made in accordance with the
  time and effort involved.
  • all services and extra services, which are taken advantage of
  • things get broken even in the best of families - such things will be replaced
  and then added to the final account at our cost price.
