For all skiers who cannot reach the valley stations of the mountain railways on foot and still want to take a vacation from their car, the Grossarl mountain railways offer a free ski bus throughout the valley.
The free ski bus runs in the local area every 7 or 15 minutes. In the direction of Hüttschlag and on to the head of the valley and in the direction of St. Johann to the Gollegg stop, the ski bus runs 5 times per half day according to a fixed timetable. There is also a free ski bus to the Ellmautal.
