The family and adventure mountain in Bad Hofgastein

At the family and adventure mountain in Bad Hofgastein, you are able to hike on beautiful circular hiking trails around the Schlossalmsee, search for the mystic rocks figures and conquer various climbing routes. For children there is a children's playground in the immediate vicinity of the mountain station. The playground is equipped with a large jumping pillow, a guerrilla slide, a crawl tunnel, and much more.

At 2,050 m altitude, a great slackline course was created for children and adults. Slacklining is similar to tightrope dancing and requires a mix of concentration, coordination and balance. On the circular hiking paths around the Schlossalmsee, there are surprises to discover: animal rock creatures. If you walk with your eyes open and look very closely, you will discover silhouettes in the form of a rock animal hidden in the nature, for example, that of an eagle or a shark.

If you like it sporty, you have the choice between different climbing routes. There are 6 via ferratas in all levels of difficulty on the Schlossalm. Beginners can practice on the practice via ferrata. There is also the opportunity to test or improve the skills through guided alpine climbing tours. Furthermore, there is also a climbing garden for the children.
